Terms of Service

1. Service

restoapi.org provides on-demand extraction of publicly accessible restaurant data from third-party platforms (Wolt, Google Maps, and others as listed in /docs). Output is delivered as JSON + media archives via signed download URLs.

2. Acceptable use

You may use restoapi data for analytics, research, ML training, monitoring, integrations.
You may NOT resell restoapi data as your own raw API service.
You may NOT redistribute Wolt/Google photos as your own creative work.
You agree to respect rate limits (60 req/min per API key by default).
One account per user. Sharing API keys is allowed; one account per organization is recommended.

3. Pricing & refunds

Pricing is per-task as listed in /pricing.
Failed jobs are automatically refunded.
Manual refund requests for completed jobs: write to support; we reserve the right to evaluate case-by-case.
Top-up minimum: $5. Unused balance is non-refundable after 90 days of inactivity.

4. Data ownership

You own what you do with the data. We don't claim ownership of the restaurant data extracted on your behalf. The data itself remains property of the original platforms; restoapi is a delivery mechanism.

5. Service availability

We aim for >99% uptime but offer no formal SLA on the basic plan. Failed jobs are auto-refunded. For enterprise SLA contact support.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (write to support). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — typically with a warning first unless the violation is severe.

7. Limitation of liability

restoapi.org is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downstream issues arising from the data. Maximum liability per incident: amount paid in the last 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms — significant changes will be emailed to active users.
